    Delegate Perdue moves to amend the amendment on page three line twenty, after the word, “overdoes” by removing the remainder of the sentence and inserting the following:

    “deaths; deaths of children under the age of eighteen years; deaths from suspected domestic violence; and the deaths of all infants and women who die during pregnancy, at the time of birth to one year in the state.”
